Vegetius was wrong. If you want peace, grow friends not enemies.

The allure of Vegetius is sending the world broke just as Eisenhower predicted that it would.

It was the Roman Soldier Vegetius who said if you want peace than prepare for war. But as it turns out, long term and overall, his ‘Don’t Mess with Me’ philosophy has been a very expensive trickle down falsehood that has engulfed with captivity almost all Peoples and Nations.

The Vegetius vortex compels war all the more, perpetuating military build-ups from all sides, while Jesus delivers war no more perpetuating Peace and the wisdom of solidarity as better than weapons of war. Vegetius was wrong. If you want peace, grow friends not enemies. The ‘Don’t Mess with Me’ attitude of the past has no place in the modernity of the 21ST Century.

It is ridiculously greedy to think that one can profit from war, particularly, when it is peace that provides the environment for growing an economy in which we can all prosper all the more in. Succumbing to the madness of Vegetius is sending the world broke.

Military after military builds up then others build up all the more and for what? Back-up for the don’t mess with me madness of Vegetius, instead of endeavouring to make friends? Even when true security comes from having a global solidarity with each other toward Peace?

World Peace is more to the point of what humanity seriously requires more of to prosper more from. It is better to prosper and grow than it is to be living an existence of survival, in and for a world dedicated in the development of weaponing our oceans, and solar system. And all the while preparing for the effects of climate change more so and rather than being prepared to stand up and stop the climate crisis from worsening.

Scripture suggests that the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

Peace and Grace. Kindness, Truth and Faith, these are the attributes that contribute to paving a way forward for Peace and improving on the greater good of all. And as it so happens, the King of Peace, Jesus Christ said, blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Vegetius compels war all the more. Better to be gaining trust and understanding amongst the Nations, developing further trading partners amongst People and actually doing the work of making peace so even more can prosper all the more along with us.

Peace is better than war. Lest We Forget.
